Terms & Conditions

A non refundable 25% deposit is required in order to make a booking. The remaining balance will then be due 4 weeks before your arrival and is non refundable 

All linen and towels are provided for your stay

Electricity costs are covered in your rental price

Dogs are welcome in our properties but please ensure that you clean up after them 

If you or any member of your party display Covid19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone else that has displayed symptoms please do not arrive for your booking

If you develop symptoms while staying in one of our cottages please contact us immediately on 01668 213000 to let us know and also get in touch with the Covid19 helpline and follow any instructions that they give you. If you are required to self-isolate while you are already in the property we will have to charge for any subsequent days / weeks.

Guests will be asked to please strip their beds and bag the used laundry up in the bag that will be provided to minimise the risk to our housekeep team. Please also leave any used towels in the bath or shower

After your stay with us if you then develop any Covid19 symptoms within 14 days please ensure that you get in contact with us ASAP
